Paloma Varga Weisz

Paloma Varga Weisz was born in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse, Germany in 1966. She studied at Staatliche Kunstakademie, Düsseldorf, Germany. She has had solo exhibitions at the Kunsthalle Wien project space, Karlsplatz, Vienna, Austria, 2008, and the Museum Kurhaus Kleve, Germany, 2005. Her work has been included in numerous group exhibitions including Of Mice and Men, 4th Berlin Biennale, KW Institute for Contemporary Art, Berlin, 2006, and Raumfurraum (Spaceforspace), Kunsthalle Dusseldorf, Dusseldorf, Germany, 2004. A monograph of her work, titled Paloma Varga Weisz: Zeichungen, was published in 2005 by Walther Koenig Ltd. She lives and works in Düsseldorf, Germany.
