GARGLE, launched in early 2025, is an invitational programme of monthly live events hosted in the Sadie Coles
HQ galleries.
In the spirit of The Shop project, in which Sadie Coles has been hosting emerging galleries and curators to stage exhibitions in the gallery’s project space since 2021, each chapter of GARGLE is curated by a selected platform, publication or individual, presenting readings, poetry, performance and more during a single evening event.
Previous GARGLE events have been curated by CLIMAX Books, Real Review, Adult Entertainment, Worms Magazine, BUTT Magazine and Lily McMenamy.
